This is the second consecutive RSC election in which a first-term congressman was elected chairman over a more senior lawmaker. While there is angst in some communities across the country accusing law enforcement of police brutality, the Nampa Police Department says it has been addressing the issue for years. Nampa PD says they put a huge emphasis on training. Police say the training has had an impact on the number of critical incidents.
